Feedback from the NEAR community and ecosystem investors revealed an opportunity to develop a premier wallet for NEAR.
NEAR needed a wallet that aligned with its user experience goals, making it easier for web2 users to transition to web3.
Most users currently rely on the default NEAR web wallet, which will be phased out over the next 12 months, with users migrating to alternative wallets.
